Learn to Meditate


We offer a number of options for practicing Mindfulness Meditation and Qi Gong, from community classes to one-on-one sessions to urban retreats.

One-on-One Sessions

We'll develop a customized program to either introduce you to Mindfulness Meditation and/or Qi Gong, or to assist you in expanding your existing practice.

Sessions can be held in person or via Skype.
