Qi Gong and Mindfulness Meditation are presented together in a guided session that's the perfect antidote to NY's frenetic pace - you'll leave feeling calm, relaxed, nourished and energized.

Learn techniques to:

No previous experience with meditation required. Programs can be designed to suit the needs of the group.

The standard size for these private sessions is 2-6 participants. Please contact us to inquire about larger groups.


Mindfulness Coaching

We'll create a custom program to meet your needs, targeting both personal and professional issues. Sessions can be held in person or via Skype.
